No, I was going for a guy with a childish sense of humor. My dad watches Looney Tunes, but Family Guy is not what my dad would watch. To activate Crisis Limitation Mode and mobilise the Resistance, the site clearly says for that to happen the dealine must not be met or there must be failure to recognize on the USA's part.
