Civic painted valve cover

ok so im thinking about painting my mirrors, side skirts, and lip, maybe valve cover too... so i went to paintscratch site and the spray can kit consisted of 12.5 oz. Basecoat Spray Can 2.5 oz. Rubbing Compound Bottle ...I spray painted the engine bay with engine enamel white then used professional clear coat. its like glass. carbon fiber whale penis password jdm, hasport mounts, 4-1 headers adjustable fuel pressure regulator and gauge, black housing ... i still have the cargo cover! person before me put speaker in it but its ok. kicker L7 ported box 1800 watt kenwood amp. beats ight. civic si center arm rest. once again dont call with some dumb ass offer to trade for a 240sx or something ...

i painted my valve cover last year and i want to remove the paint thats on it now cuz its chipn and doesnt look good anymore...i want to remove the paint and re-paint the valve cover but in a way that will last and look nice...any help ...custom black painted roof.
